How coins work.

What is a PhoneFixx coin worth?

10 coins = ₹1. Coins are credited to your wallet within 24 hours of a completed job and can be used on any repair, pickup or accessory purchase.

Can I redeem the full bill in coins?

You can pay up to 30% of any bill with coins. The rest goes on UPI, card or cash — this keeps the scheme sustainable and lets us keep repair prices low.

Do coins expire?

Coins stay valid for 12 months from the day they are credited. We send a WhatsApp reminder a month before anything expires.

Can I transfer my balance to someone else?

Coins are linked to your mobile number and cannot be transferred, but anyone in your household can use them at the time of a repair on that number.

What happens to coins if I cancel a repair?

Coins spent on a cancelled job return to your wallet within 24 hours. Coins earned from a cancelled job are reversed.
